Responsibilities:
- Lead hardware engineering team to design hardware products according to National Instruments hardware development process
- Develop products according to NI product market strategy and business goals
- Work with cross function teams to define and coordinate projects and technologies
- Set and track project development schedule
- Responsible for project quality, costing and pricing
- Responsible for resource assignment
Requirements:
- Bachelor or above in Electrical Engineering, or related
- At least 2 years board-level hardware design experience and 1 year leadership experience
- Strong project management skills
- Strong understanding of electronics, computer technology and hardware design process
- Strong problem solving and analytic skills
- Outstanding communication skills, with excellent oral and written English
- Qualities of persistence and initiative
